Please book in for a sameday collect  at the bottom of this page – before that please just check through these terms, we  don’t want any misunderstandings!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We offer a Sameday Collect -  Laptop  Repair as Follows:

• Provided you are a  customer within 25 miles of our base in Warrington we can collect and return your PC or laptop.  Or you can bring the computer to us.
• To arrange a collection – Please Call us before 10 am on the day, pay via the payment button below in advance  £35.00 THIS is not a collection charge, it  covers the first hour diagnosis and repair cost.
• Whilst half of the PCs and laptops that come through our door can be repaired within the hour,  please understand we cannot make any guarantees until we see and check it out!
• So book before 10 and we will endeavour to collect your PC or Laptop before 2.0pm – traffic willing.
• Please make it easy for both you and us! – If you could leave the computer at reception, so we can nip in and pick it up, without disturbing you. To make this easy, please do give as good a description as you can of the fault.
• On receipt  of the computer we will assess the problem sameday – if we can fix it within the hour we will – unlike some of our competitots we undertake evening repairs on some nights of the week.
• We will call you to explain what we found, and what happens next.
• One hour covers many of our common repairs and we do carry some stock of parts, but but we may need to order spares. Before incurring cost like this we will discuss it with you first.
• If we cannot fix it without parts or additional time we will  explain what we propose and the costs involved. So no chance of our running up a bill without you agreeing to it first.
• If we have to order parts, we will normally be able to get them within 24 hours. We will call with the intentions, and the time needed to repair it.
• If we have repaired it , we will then call to agree a time to drop the machine back, normally the following day.
• If you have a virus problem , please pack the operating system disks. Whilst we have most common systems, it is better to use the correct disks.
• We are normally able to save the data before reloading, if not we will tell you so before reloading. Please be careful if you have a virus. You can do a lot of damage to data, by trying to use the computer.
• Our business is founded on reputation, and we do all we can to avoid letting people down.

• All we can say is we will give it our best shot in that first hour for £35 , we cannot guarantee to fix it! – it could be a smoking ruin inside, and we will not know that until we can test it.
• In the case of some laptop repairs, for example motherboard faults, whilst repairs may be possible they may be uneconomic – That said we are RARELY beaten by anything.

• We will use reasonable endeavours to meet our proposals above, but with  unusual faults, traffic and supply chain problems  and staff mistakes we cannot give guarantees, or accept any liabilities or any claim in excess of the amount you pay us!
